Hey there and happy you're here! My name is Rachel Madison Carlisle and I am the the author and creator of Perfect Pairings-Potatoes and Cocktails! I wanted to create something that allowed me to showcase recipes I loved paired perfectly in a way that had not been done before!

Potatoes and Cocktails are my all time favorite food pairings and I couldn't wait to perfect each pairing and be able to share with the world. I am a potato connoisseur and a self taught mixologist who just happens to make some delicious recipe pairings. I hope you enjoy my cookbook as much as I do!
